13th Judicial Circuit Common Pleas Local Rules

The South Carolina Supreme Court has approved local rules for use in the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit Courts of Common Pleas, serving Greenville and Pickens Counties. These rules and procedures are intended to promote the efficient and consistent management of Common Pleas matters within the Circuit.

The rules address procedures including continuance requests, orders of protection, motions to compel, settlement approvals, scheduling orders, status conferences, trial terms, mediation, pre-trial briefs, proposed orders, and e-filing requirements.
